Van Holland (VH) was first registered with ASIC in 2003 (Consumer Affairs No. B1706638U) as a consulting entity, providing consultancy services to large consultancy companies in the built environment. In 2017 Van Holland registered as a Propriety Limited (ABN: 94 622 028 326) providing not only consulting services, but now merging fabricating and manufacturing capacity to its services. Since 2020, Van Holland expanded its expertise in the Energy and Resources sector, providing services in Thermal assessment (Accredited NatHERS Assessors) and sustainability advice for residential and commercial properties. Today, Van Holland Pty Ltd provides advice, design, planning and management in the building and manufacturing industry as well as management in the fabrication, supply and install of a variety of projects ranging from small bespoke creations to street furniture, steel canopies, structural steel and stainless steel projects. Our strength is now the ability to combine (Structural) Design, Manage and Realisation all within one team resulting in Exceptional Cost-effective and streamlined project results. We have decades of construction management expertise in commercial, residential and industrial projects and we offer complex (structural) engineering solutions. Van Holland Energy and Engineering (VHE) is our newly created energy efficiency division and is focused on providing energy efficiency assessments by accredited energy assessors to improve the quality of housing and commercial property in Australia.
